Garstang has lost a massive part of its community this week, with the unexpected passing of Mick Gornall. Mick kindly sponsored the cricket club for a number of years, he was a huge part of our club and we shared many nights of celebration together at The Farmers. His generosity was not only felt by the Cricket Club, as Mick and Jackie also sponsored many football clubs in the area. Their support for local sport is greatly appreciated. To all of Mick’s family and friends we send our deepest condolences at this very sad time.
