Garstang Community Sport Hub (The Sports Club) have asked me to invite as many Cricket Club members to their briefing on Thursday 14th December starting at 7.30pm at the Sports Club.

They would like to update, in person, as many members as possible as to where they are up to with the process of re-developing the current club house and the building of a new six changing room block with cricket viewing room.

There will also be sets of plans and digital models for you to look at to see what the new plans actually look like, as well as an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

For as long as I can remember the dream of this happening has been at the forefront of everyone's mind but has never been a reality. For the first time ever their is actually a chance that this may happen, and therefore the club is urging you if you can to come along to this event and find out about all the hard work that has been going on and the vision for the future.

I am are aware that this is probably not the ideal time of year, with Christmas around the corner but I really wouldn't ask if I didn't think it was both important and necessary.
